Roseau Women of Today

Community Service Scholarship

The Roseau Women of Today will be awarding one $500 scholarship to a local youth who has shown character and care for our community through Community Service. [Click file below for printable version.]

Qualifications for this scholarship is as follows:

1. All applicants must be a current Roseau High School Senior or a current home schooled High School Senior that is a resident in the Roseau Community School boundaries.
2. Each applicant must have 2 letters of recommendation.
3. Each applicant must complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service. Community service must be documented and signed by a Supervisor.
4. Each applicant must submit an essay of 500 words or less defining the importance of community service; who it impacts and how.

All entries must be postmarked on or before the deadline of Thursday, April 27^th, 2017.

The above requirements must be submitted to: Roseau Women of Today, P.O. Box 15, Roseau, MN 56751

Scholarship will be issued by check to the school that the recipient is attending after high school graduation.
