Coordinator is main contact to work with Vitalant on hosting the July blood drive campaign, packet, access to Vitalant's Coordinator portal to contact our donors, schedule appointments and track our blood drive’s success.
Callers: Call and/or text potential donors on list, 3-4 weeks prior to blood drive, and schedule appointments in Coordinator portal.
At Event: Setup tables, provide refreshments prior to Vitalant workers' arrival. Check-in donors as they arrive, take walk-ins, contact scheduled donors if needed. Closing down event: Take down tables, sweep floors if needed.
